The topping-out ceremony for the first two new buildings was celebrated on August 30, 2023, with over 300 guests. It was a significant moment in the history of the former Bötzow Brewery. In total, three new buildings are being constructed on the Bötzow site. The designs were created by star architect David Chipperfield, and the landscaping is being handled by the team led by landscape architect Peter Wirtz. It was a truly celebratory moment to express our gratitude to the planners and the construction companies involved. This project would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of all parties involved. We extend our thanks to our Mayor Kai Wegner for his speech and recognition, and also to all the guests who shared in the festivities with us.
